Our Commitment
Royalty Electric INC is committed to making https://royaltyelectric.net/ accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe access to information and services is important and make good-faith, ongoing efforts to provide an inclusive visitor experience.
Our Standard
This website aims to substantially conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We also strive to support applicable accessibility expectations under the ADA and similar state and federal requirements.
Scope
This statement applies to the public-facing pages of https://royaltyelectric.net/. It does not cover third-party websites, client portals, external booking tools, payment processors, maps, social media embeds, or other third-party tools that may be linked or embedded.
Conformance Status
The website is designed to substantially conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Substantially conforms" means most content is intended to meet the standard, with some areas of ongoing review or remediation.
Good Faith Effort and Reasonable Accommodation
Royalty Electric INC makes good-faith, ongoing efforts to identify and address accessibility barriers. We acknowledge that perfect conformance can be challenging because web technology, third-party integrations, and content change over time. If a visitor encounters a barrier, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative access upon request.
What We Have Done
- Semantic HTML structure and logical heading hierarchy.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
- Keyboard-operable interactive elements.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators.
- "Skip to main content" link.
- ARIA landmarks and labels where appropriate.
- Accessible form labels and error feedback.
- Browser zoom and text resizing support without loss of functionality.
Alternative Means of Access
If any website feature is not accessible, visitors can contact us. We will work in good faith to provide the goods, services, and information offered through the website by alternative means such as phone, email, or text message, at no additional cost.
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is a continuous process. We review the website through a combination of automated checks and manual review, including keyboard-only navigation testing. New features, content, forms, and third-party integrations are reviewed for accessibility before deployment where practical.
Review Schedule
This page is reviewed at least quarterly and when material changes are made to the website. Accessibility improvements are reflected in the improvements log below.
Known Limitations
- Embedded scheduling and booking widgets may have limitations outside the company's direct control.
- Embedded chat and messaging tools may be provided by external platforms.
- Older content or media may not yet have been reviewed against current standards.
Limitations Beyond Our Control
Third-party platforms and embeds include:
- Scheduling and booking systems.
- Payment processors.
- Analytics and tracking scripts.
- Embedded video and audio players.
- Chat widgets and messaging tools.
- Content management platform infrastructure and updates.
- Maps, social media embeds, and other third-party widgets.
If third-party tools present barriers, we will work in good faith to provide another way to complete the task or access the information.
Browser and Assistive Technology Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We support common assistive technologies such as screen readers, voice recognition software, operating system magnification, high-contrast modes, and keyboard-only navigation.
